Mr. Brahin is the President responsible for directing origination activities in Europe. Mr. Brahin is a member of Lone Star’s Senior Management, Global Risk and Market Risk Committees. Additionally, he serves on the board of certain portfolio companies in Europe.
Mr. Brahin has over 20 years of experience in investing, financing and asset management. He previously served as President of a Hudson subsidiary in Europe, and in such capacity directed the due diligence and analysis, financing and asset management of certain of the Funds’ investments in Europe. Prior to joining Hudson, Mr. Brahin worked for the real estate structured finance departments of KBC Bank and UIC Sofal, and also served as a director at JER France where he was responsible for underwriting. Mr. Brahin began his career in 1989 as a developer and holds a Master’s degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University Paris – Dauphine IX.
